How it works
  1. Select a test type and available time. Fill out the registration form.
  2. Upon arrival proof of identity is required, as well as a test confirmation email or text message.
  3. RAPID ANTIGEN TEST RESULTS are typically emailed within hours. Lab samples are sent to an offsite laboratory. The majority of PCR TEST RESULTS returned within 1-2 days. Results may be delayed based on lab performance, particularly in times of peak demand.
  4. Age 3-15: Parent or legal guardian needs to fill out form and accompany patient to visit.
    Age 16-17: Parent or legal guardian needs to fill out form.

  1. Make sure to enter your insurance information correctly to avoid delays in processing. Patients should not have any out-of-pocket costs for PCR tests, but you should check with your health plan to confirm before scheduling a test.
  2. Since we don't bill your insurance for the COVID RAPID ANTIGEN TEST, after every appointment we will provide you with an automatic itemized receipt via email which you can use for reimbursement purposes from your health insurance provider or health coverage plan. Reimbursement for this test is at the discretion of your provider.
  3. Altru Chemists is only a collection site. Specimen diagnostic and payment processing is administrated by Religen Diagnostics in partnership with Resil Health.
